Lizette is the Director of Legal and Compliance at Alloy Capital. She has over sixteen years of experience in legal and corporate affairs. Before joining Alloy, Lizette was Compliance Manager for PAGF portfolio company Progreso, LLC. Prior to Progreso, Lizette was an outside legal advisor to numerous corporations operating in and between the US and Mexico.

Lizette holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Escuela Libre de Derecho in Mexico City.
