We assist non-bank financial institutions and other companies to expand their asset portfolios through private securitizations or warehouse facilities with diverse asset classes backing the financings.

We provide accounts receivable liquidity to companies that have the following qualities:

  • A robust management team led by a capable CEO and a proficient finance team
  • An operating master trust to collect receivables
  • An established portfolio management system
  • Consistent and predictable delinquency performance
  • A portfolio of at least MXN $150 million, and
  • Positive LTM net income or a straightforward path to reach positive net income
