Richard is the founder and CEO of Alloy Capital. Richard has over thirty years of private credit and equity experience in the U.S. and emerging markets including Mexico since 2000. Prior to founding Alloy in 2015, he founded and served as President of Pinto America Growth Fund, LP (PAGF), an investment company focused on the US Hispanic market (2005_- _2022). Prior to Alloy and PAGF, Richard was a Managing Principal of Zephyr Management, L.P. based in New York and Seoul, leading private investments in Asia and Latin America. Before joining Zephyr, Richard worked for Bankers Trust Company in New York in Global Investment Management and in the bank’s proprietary Funds Management group. Richard has served on the boards of numerous companies operating in the US, Mexico and other emerging markets and is currently an independent director of The Mexico Fund (Nasdaq: MXF). Richard serves as Chairman of the Board for St. Andrew’s School in Delaware.

Richard is a graduate of Princeton University with an A.B. degree in Politics and is a CFA charterholder.
